The prayer in the present petition under Section 483 BNSS is for the grant of regular bail in case bearing FIR No.54 dated 22.02.2025 registered under Sections 21C-61-85 NDPS Act, 1985 at Police Station Sadar Tauru, District Nuh, Mewat. 2. The brief facts of the case are that the petitioner was apprehended with 262 grams of heroin. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. The petitioner has been in custody since 22.02.2025 but only 01 of the 19 prosecution witnesses has been examined so far. Therefore, the trial of the present case is not likely to be concluded anytime soon. Even otherwise, as the recovery from the petitioner is marginally above the commercial quantity of 250 grams of heroin, the petitioner is entitled to the grant of bail. VISH
