The prayer clothed in the instant writ petition is for quashing the order dated 12.11.2025 passed by respondent No.2 and for issuance of a direction to the respondents to permit the petitioner to participate in the selection process for allotment of vacant stations falling within their respective districts and to allot new station on the same terms and conditions as were applicable at the time of initial joining, along with all consequential benefits, before the promotion process is finalized. 2.
