These cases involve similar issues and therefore, are being disposed of together. 2. Prayer in both the petitions is for quashing the order dated 27.01.2016, Annexure P-7, whereby appeal filed by the petitioners was dismissed. 3. Learned counsel submits that the issue as involved in the present case stands already decided by the Coordinate Bench in Ram Sawrup vs. State of Haryana and others, CWP-26704-2015, decided on 10.07.2019, alongwith CWP-6960-2016, which was not challenged, however against the judgments referred to therein, LPAs filed were dismissed, relevant paras thereo
