The petitioner has filed the instant petition under Section Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 with a prayer to grant regular bail in case FIR No.172 dated 13.12.2025, registered under Sections 318(4) and 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (Sections 420 and 34 of IPC, 1860) and Section 24 of the Immigration Act, 1983, at Police Station Central, Sector-17, Chandigarh. 2.
