Despite repeated calls, nobody has appeared on behalf of petitioner. 2. A perusal of record shows that on last occasion also the petitioner was unrepresented. In the above-mentioned circumstances, a direction was given to the Registry to notify the date to the counsel for the petitioner. As per report submitted by the Registry, the counsel for the petitioner has been duly notified with regard to the date fixed in the present petition. However, despite above-mentioned efforts, the petitioner is unrepresented. 3. Thus, it is apparent that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the present petition.
