Petitioner seeks regular bail in case vide FIR No. 114 dated 05.10.2025, under Sections 109, 61(2), 3(5) Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 25 Arms Act, Police Station Tibber, District Gurdaspur. This is the first petition for regular bail. Sections 190 and 191(3) BNS were added and Section 3(5) BNS was deleted from the FIR during investigation. 2. The case was registered on complaint of Manpreet Masih who stated that on 02.10.2025, he had a quarrel with Gopi Masih son of Dalbir Masih and Karan Masih alias Kanna over a trivial matter.
