This petition has been filed under Section 483 BNSS (439 Cr.P.C.) for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.603 dated 09.09.2025 under Section 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 & 120-B IPC (Corresponding to 316(2), 318(4), 338, 340(2), 61(2) of BNS 2023) registered at Police Station Sadar Gurugram, District Gurugram, Haryana. 2. The case of the prosecution is that the complainant was induced by the main accused, Sajeesh Chandran @ Saje Betelgeuse, to invest money on the pretext of earning high returns and lucrative business opportunities. It is alleged that, acting upon such inducement, the complainant transferred substantial amounts of money, a part of which was credited into the bank account of the present petitioner.
