The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and other co-accused were coming on a motorcycle and there has been a recovery of 1000 tablets of Tramadol effected from them. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was a juvenile on the date of the alleged occurrence and was granted bail by the Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board, Sri Muktsar Sahib.
