The present appeal has been preferred by the claimants seeking enhancement of compensation awarded by the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Sonipat (hereinafter referred to as 'the Tribunal') vide award dated 21.10.2016 passed under Section 166 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988. 2.
