On 01.05.2026, the following order was passed:- “The petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 in case bearing FIR No.367 dated 16.11.2025 registered under Sections 316(2), 318(4), 3(5) of BNS, 2023 (Section 3(5) of BNS deleted and Section 316(5), 336(3), 338, 340(2), 344 and 61(2) of BNS, 2023 and Sections 7, 12 and 13(2) of Prevention of Corruption Act added later on) at Police Station Butana, District Karnal. The learned State counsel submits that so far as petitioner- Anil Kumar, DFSC, District Food and Supply Controller, Karnal is concerned, he is named in the disclosure statement of one arrested accused as having received an amount of Rs.8 lakhs as illegal gratification. Adjourned to 16.07.2026. In the meantime, the petitioner is directed to appear before the SHO/Inves
