(Oral) This is a petition under Section 528 BNSS (Section 482 Cr.P.C.) for quashing of the impugned order dated 01.02.2018 (Annexure P-1) declaring the petitioner a proclaimed person in case NI-1644-2015 and FIR No.525 dated 31.07.2019 under Section 174-A IPC (now Section 209 BNS, 2023) registered at Police Station Model Town, District Rewari (Annexure P-2) as well as all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom. 2. The brief facts of the case are that a complaint under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act was instituted against the accused- petitioner at the instance of the complainant respondent No.2-Tota Ram. As the accused-petitioner did not appear before the Trial Court to face trial, he was declared as a proclaimed person. Subsequently, the impugned order dated 01.02.2018 (Annexure P-1) and FIR No.525 dated 31.07.2019 under SUKHPRE
