The prayer in the present petition under Section 483 BNSS is for the grant of regular bail in case bearing FIR No.262 dated 20.09.2024 under Sections 302, 201, 328 and 120-B of IPC (Sections 103, 238, 123, 61(2) of BNS) registered at Police Station Chachhrauli, District Yamuna Nagar, Haryana. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner contends that an identically situated co-accused namely Seema Saini has been granted the concession of bail vide order dated 27.02.2026 passed in CRM-M-25523-2025. As the petitioner is in custody since 09.11.2024 but only 01 of the 36 prosecution witnesses has been examined so far, the Trial of the present case is not likely to be concluded anytime soon and therefore, he is entitled to the concession of bail.
