The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 528 of the BNSS with a prayer to direct the official respondents to file a status report with regard to the investigation carried out by them on the complaint dated 23rd June 2026 (Annexure P-6) filed by the petitioner against respondents No. 5 and others. 2. Learned State counsel submits that a representation (Annexure P-6) was filed by the petitioner, however, no substance was found in the allegations levelled by the petitioner and the representation has been ordered to be filed. 3. Faced with the above, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedies, if any, in accordance with law. 4.
