The present writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, inter alia, seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No.1 to decide the appeal dated 07.10.2021 (Annexure P-19) filed by the petitioner under Section 72-E of the Punjab Town Improvement Act, 1922. 2.
