Petition was not taken back by learned counsel, to be filed within 40 days in terms of Rule 9, Chapter 1, Part-A, Volume-V, Punjab and Haryana High Court Rules and Orders. Despite note published in the cause list from 25.09.2024 onwards, till date learned counsel has not come forward to collect the file. The matter has been listed for hearing today.
