(ORAL) The petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing respondent no.1/Utkarsh Small Finance Bank to defreeze the petitioner’s bank account bearing no.1527016284602281. 2. Learned counsel for the Bank has filed written statement dated 14.07.2026, which is taken on record. Referring to the same, he submits that the petitioner’s bank account will be made operational by marking a lien on the disputed amount of ₹532 within three days. 3. In view of the statement made, learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection to the petition being disposed of in terms thereof. 4. Ordered accordingly.
