The petition under Section 528 Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, seeks the following reliefs:- (i) Direction to official respondents No.1 to 4 to consider representation dated 22.03.2026 and take appropriate action against private respondents No.5 to 8. (ii) Direction to official respondents No.1 to 4 to conduct proper investigation in the matter. (iii) Direction to official respondents No.1 to 4 to protect life and liberty of the petitioner at the hands of unknown persons. 2.
