The prayer in this 1st petition under Section 483 BNSS, 2023 is for the grant of regular bail in case bearing FIR No.01 dated 02.01.2025 (Annexure P-1) under Sections 21 NDPS Act (Section 29 of NDPS Act added later on) at Police Station Kulgarhi, District Ferozepur. 2. The brief facts of the case are that Gurjinder Singh @ Kaka (granted bail vide order dated 02.07.2026) was apprehended with 1 Kg 628 grams of heroin and Ajaypal Singh @ Ajay (petitioner) was apprehended with 1 Kg and 634 grams of heroin. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. The mandatory provisions of Section 50 of the NDPS Act have not been complied with in their proper perspective. No independent witness was joined at the time of search and seizure. As the petit
