Pursuant to the show cause notice impugned in this writ petition, the petitioner has already submitted a reply clarifying the facts which form the basis of impugned action. 2. Though various submissions are advanced, but we are of the view that since facts have already been clarified by the petitioner before the authorities, it would be appropriate that the authorities be called upon to address such issues by passing a reasoned order at the first instance. 3. Writ petition is accordingly disposed of with a direction upon the competent authority to consider the reply filed by the petitioner to the show cause notice and pass reasoned order after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner. 4.
