The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, 1950, assailing the order dated 20th May, 2025 passed by the trial court in CS(COMM) 1868/2019, whereby the application filed by the petitioner/defendant under Order VIII Rule 1 A (3) read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, seeking permission to place the additional documents on record, has been dismissed. 3.
