On being asked, counsel for the State says that he does not have instructions in the matter and prays for time. 4. In para-7 the petitioner stated that no appeal has been filed against the original order dated 10.09.2021 passed on the complaint of the petitioner. 5. The petition is disposed of with the observation/direction that the Collector, Lucknow shall look into the matter and if he finds that there is no legal impediment in giving effect to the recovery certificate issued by the U.P.R.E.R.A., unless it has already been satisfied, and remit the amount to R.E.R.A. as per law.
