Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the Additional Commissioner (Judicial) IIIrd, Mandal Bareilly (Respondent No. 2) to decide the appeal No. 1171 of 2025 computerised case no. C202512000001171 (Nathulal versus Hardayal and others) as early as possible within stipulated time period according to law." 3. It appears from perusal of record that the aforesaid appeal was filed by the petitioner under Section 24(4) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 before the respondent no. 2 namely Additional Commissioner (Judicial) IIIrd, Mandal Bareilly in the month of May, 2025. On the aforesaid appeal, as per the order sheet, copy of which is appended at paper book at page15- 16, only two dates were fixed as yet. Nothing has been stated
