It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioners that an application under Section 38/32 of U.P. Land Revenue Code, 2006 was filed by the petitioners before the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Bhadohi on 29.04.20213 and on the aforesaid application, reports were called for which were duly given by the Revenue Authorities. It is argued that considerable time has already been lapsed but till date no decision has been taken in the matter. 2. On the other hand, it is argued by learned Standing Counsel that the respondent No.2/Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Bhadohi District Bhadohi will take a decision in the matter expeditiously. 3.
