It is informed by Sri Sanjay Singh Sengar, learned cousnel for the respondent No.3 that land in question, i.e., Plot No.427/4 situated at Village Bans Paharia Srinagar, Tehsil and District Mahoba was allotted in favour of the petitioner by way of Patta. It is argued that aggrieved with the aforesaid, the petitioner preferred Case No.12 of 205 under Secton 30(2) of U.P. Land Revenue Code, 2006 in the Court of respondent No.2/Additional Disrict Magistrate (Judicial) Mahoba for cancellation of aforesaid Patta which has already been dismissed by the respondent No.2 vide order dad 11.08.2025. This fact is also stated in the order dated November 17, 2025 passed by the Commissioner Chitrakutham Mandal/respondent No.1.For the reason best known to the petitioner, details in this regard has not been mentioned in the writ petition. 2.
