This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "I. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Additional District Magistrate (Administration), Jhansi to hear and decide the restoration application dated 05.12.2024 filed by the petitioner for recalling the order dated 12.11.2024 passed by the respondent no.2 in Case No. 3786 of 2024 (D202406370003786 Damaru Lal Vs. State of U.P.), expeditiously within short span of time." 3. In view of the order proposed to be passed herein, no useful purpose would be served by putting the private respondent to notice and keeping this petition pending before this Court.
