It is argued by counsel for the petitioner that certain persons wholly illegally obstructed the chak marg hence petitioner and other villagers are suffering. In this regard representation has been submitted by the petitioner before the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil-Sadar, District Firozabad/respondent no.2 on 07.12.2025 since no action has been taken hence present writ petition. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-State and perused the records. 3. From perusal of the record as well as from prayer as made in the present writ petition it is clear that the relief sought for by the petitioner is against the private individuals. It is settled law that against the private individuals writ petition under Article 226/227 is not maintainable. 4. Accordingly, present writ petition is dismissed.
