By means of this petition the petitioner has challenged a notice dated 06.12.2025 issued under Section 4 of the Uttar Pradesh Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorized Occupants) Act, 1972. The case of the petitioner is that he has purchased the land in question through a valid sale deed and has not encroached on any public land, as is alleged in the notice. 4. If it is so, then the proper course for him is to file his response before the authority which has issued the notice dated 06.12.2025 or contest the matter at the appropriate stage
