The petitioner has preferred the present petition with the prayer to direct the respondent No.2/Sub Divisional Officer, Anupshahar, District Bulanshahar to pass appropriate orders of her representation dated 28.07.2025. 2. From perusal of the record, it is clear that the dispute is pending consideration before this Court in Writ B No.2687 of 2025 filed by the present petitioner in which interim order was granted by this Court on 18.07.2025. 3. In this view of the matter, the Court is of the opinion that the relief as sought by the petitioner could not be granted to the petitioner. 4. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed. 5. Registrar (Compliance) is directed to communicate a copy of this order to the respondent No.2/Sub Divisional Officer, Anupshahar, District Bulanshahar. (Prakash Padia,J.)
