Heard Shri Vinod Kumar, learned Counsel for the petitioner, Shri Akash Asthana, Advocate holding brief of Shri Rohit Tripathi, learned Counsel for respondent No.2 and learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The petitioner wants allocation of booths for ward No.12 and 13 at a particular place. Learned Counsel for the State Election Commission says that the petition is premature as notification for Gram Panchayat elections have been issued recently and the entire exercise of allocation of booths etc., is yet to take place. 3. In view of the above, the issue will be considered by the competent authority at the appropriate stage. It is open for the petitioner to move an application before such authority as may be competent in this regard, which can be taken into consideration unless there is any legal impediment. 4.
