The petitioners allege illegal encroachment by the respondent No.4 on their Bhumidhari land bearing Gata No.1064 situated at Village, Paragana & Tehsil-Safipur, District-Unnao. Counsel for the respondent No.4 says that there is no encroachment on his land. The petitioners have already given complaint/information to the police authorities as according to them, certain pillars etc., existing on their land were demolished by the respondent No.4 and his officials/employees. It is informed that proceedings under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 would be initiated on behalf of the petitioners for demarcation of the boundaries of the aforesaid gata. 3.
