The only prayer made by the petitioner in the present writ petition to direct the Respondent No.2- Up Ziladhikari Sadar Ballia, District Ballia to decide the Case No.4948 of 2023 (Computerized Case No.T202315090304948), Kusum Devi vs. Land Management Committee, under Section 209 (J) of Revenue Code 2006, within stipulated period. 3. It is argued by the counsel for the petitioner that considerable time has already been lapsed but till date no decision has been taken, hence the present writ petition. 4. Heard counsel for the parties present and perused the record. 5. With the consent of the counsel for the parties, the present writ petition is disposed of finally directing th
