The petitioner has preferred present writ petition inter-alia with the prayer to quash the notice dated 24.12.2025 issued by respondent no.3- Assistant Collector/Tehsildar (Judicial), Sadar, District Azamgarh. 2. It is argued by counsel for the petitioner that earlier in respect of same land an order was passed in favour of petitioner on 08.02.2008 passed by Assistant Collector/Tehsildar (Judicial), Sadar, District Azamgarh. 3. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the records. 4. From perusal of the record it is clear that present writ petition has been filed only against the notice issued to the petitioner. 5.
