Shri Satish Chandra Kashish along with Shri Sriniwas Bajpai, learned counsels appearing for the Nagar Palika Parishad, Sitapur says that he has instructions to inform the Court that impugned notice dated 08.01.2026 is in the process of being withdrawn and the withdrawal order would be passed within 24 hours. 3.
