The petitioner has preferred present writ petition inter-alia with the prayer to set aside the order dated 13.07.2025 passed by the respondent no.2-Apar Ayukta, 1st, Mandal Chitrakoot Dham, District Banda. Further prayer is made to restrain the respondents from to not interfere in peaceful possession of the petitioners on the lands in dispute and not soled the same. By the aforesaid order matter was remanded back by the respondent no.2 before the respondent no.3-Sub Divisional Officer, Tehsil Naraini, District Banda and the respondent no.3 was directed to decide the matter expeditiously pursuant to the direction given by the respondent no.2 vide order dated 13.11.2025. 3.
