It is argued by counsel for the petitioner that the order dated 30.10.2025 passed by the respondent no.3-Nayab Tehsildar, Tehsil-Etmadpur, District Agra in Case No.12471 of 2025, Computerized Case No.T202501010312471 has not yet been complied with. 2. From perusal of the record it is clear that no application whatsoever has been filed by the petitioner before the aforesaid authority for compliance of the aforesaid order. 3. In this view of the matter, the Court is of the opinion that no relief could be granted to the petitioner as prayed for in the present writ petition. However, it is made clear that in case petitioner will submit a proper application before the concerned competent court/authority, the same will be decided on merits. 4.
