In view of the order proposed to be passed herein, no useful purpose would be served by putting the opposite party to notice and keeping this petition pending before this Court. However, in case the opposite party feels aggrieved by the order his/her right to seek modification/variation of the order is being kept reserved. 3. It is argued that Revision filed under Section 219 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901 being Case No.346 of 2025 is pending consideration in the Court of Commissioner, Azamgarh Division, Azamgarh. The aforesaid Revision was admitted and the report of the court below were called for vide order dated 13.08.2025. 4.
