The only prayer made by the petitioner in the present writ petition to direct the Respondent No. 3- Sub- Divisional Officer, Sadar, Gorakhpur to decide the Case No.101 of 2025 (Hausila vs. State of U.P. through Collector) u/s 33/39 of U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901 within stipulated period. 3. Heard counsel for the parties present and perused the record. 4. With the consent of the counsel for the parties, the present writ petition is disposed of finally directing the Respondent No. 3- Sub- Divisional Officer, Sadar, Gorakhpur to decide the aforesaid case filed by the petitioner, expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, unless there is no legal impediment.
