The basic relief sought by the petitioner in the present writ petition is to direct the Respondent No.2 namely Tehsildar (Judicial), Tehsil Sadar, District Maharajganj to decide the Mutation Case No.12034 of 2023 (Smt. Dharmawati vs. Vindeshwari) under Section 34 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, within stipulated period. 4.
