In view of the order proposed to be passed today, notices need not be issued to the private-respondents. 3. The only prayer made by the petitioner in the present writ petition to direct the Respondent No.2 namely Sub Divisional Officer, Karchhana, District Prayagraj to decide the Execution Case No.3854 of 2024, Computerized Case No.T202402030503854 (Braj Lal and others vs. Gram Sabha and others) under Section 116 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 pending since 30.03.2024 within stipulated period. 4. Heard counsel for the parties present and perused the record. 5. With the consent of the counsel for the parties, the present writ petition is disposed of finally directing the Respondent No.2 namely Sub Divisional Officer, Karchhana, District Prayagraj to decide the aforesaid case filed by the petition
