The petitioner herein seeks payment of security amount deposited by it in respect of certain works done by it for the Nagar Panchayat, Kakori, Lucknow. At page 185 of the petition is a letter dated 10.08.2023 of the Nagar Panchayat, Kakori, Lucknow asking for certain documents for considering the request for release of security amount of 2 percent and 8 percent.
