The basic relief sought by the petitioner in the present petition is to direct the respondent No.2/Sub Divisional Magistrate (Judicial), Sadar Fatehpur to decide Case No.T20250225102613 (Shiv Bhawan Singh Vs. Munna Lal and others) under Section 35(2) of U.P. Revenue Coce, 2006 expeditiously. 4. The matter is pending before the respondent No.2 since long and considerable time has already been lapsed but till date no final decision has been taken in the matter. 5.
