The petitioner has preferred the present petition with the prayer to District Administrative to remove the encroachment “NAR” which is situated at Gata No.474 of Gram Purena, Tehsil Sadar District Shajahanpur. 2. Today when the matter is taken up, a preliminary objection has been raised by learned Standing Counsel that in case, the petitioner wants to remove the illegal constructions of the encroacher, he has an alternative remedy under U.P. Land Revenue Code, 2006. 3. In this view of the matter, the present petition is dismissed in view of availability of alternative remedy. (Prakash Padia,J.)
