Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel. 2. It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that to make necessary correction in the order dated 15.12.2017 passed by the respondent No.2/Sub Divisional Officer, Tehsil Khurja, District Bulandshahar passed in Case No.01 of 1991 (Anand Swaroop Vs.Roshan Lal) under Section 166/167 of U.P. Z.A. & L.R. Act, an application has been filed by the petitioner on 22.04.2019 under Section 47 of C.P.C. It is argued by that considerable time has already been lapsed but till date no decision has been taken in the matter. 3. From perusal of the record, it is clear that in case, the petitioner wants for certain correction, remedy lies to file appropriate application in Case No.01 of 1991 (Anand Swaroop Vs.Roshan Lal) under Section 166/167 of U.P. Z.A. & L.R. Act. 4. In this view of the matter, no relief could be granted to
