It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that an application has been filed by the petitioner before the respondent No.3/Tehsildar, Tehsil Shahganj District Jaunpur and on the said application, a report had been called for from the concerned Lekhpal on 25.06.2025, copy of the aforesaid application is appended at Page 27 of the writ petition. It is argued that considerable time has already been lapsed but till date no decision has been taken in the matter. 2.
