The basic relief sought by the petitioner in the present writ petition is to direct the Respondent No.2, Tehsildar, Tehsil Sikanderpur, District Ballia to decide the Case No.RST/2635/2022 being Computerized Case No.T202215090202635 (Kanchan vs. Shri Niket) under Section 34/35 of U.P.
