Sri Hitesh Pachori, learned counsel put up his appearance on behalf of respondent Nos.5 & 6 argued that Second Appeal No.AG202601010014/2025 under Section 116 of U.P. Land Revenue Code, 2006 has been filed by the private respondents on 15.12.2025 before Board of Revenue, Circuit Court, Agra but this fact has not been disclosed by the petitioner in the present petition. 3. In response to the same, it is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that after filing of the present petition, the aforesaid second appeal has been filed by the respondents, therefore, no concealment has been made by him while filing the present petition. 4.
