Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents and perused the record. 2. In view of the order proposed to be passed herein, no useful purpose would be served by putting the private respondents to notice and keeping this petition pending before this Court. However, in case the private parties feels aggrieved by the order his/her right to seek modification/variation of the order is being kept reserved. 3. The basic relief sought by the petitioner in the present petition is to direct the respondent No.2/Sub Divisional Officer, Salempur District Deoria to decide Restoration Application dated 11.11.2025 filed in Case No.11724 of 2025 (Computerized Case No.T202505200211724) ( Divakar Dubey Vs. Ramesh and others) expeditiously. 4. The matter is pending before the respondent No.2 since long and considerable time has already been lapsed but til
