Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the record. 2. The only relief sought by the petitioners in the present petition is to direct the respondent no. 2 to decide First Appeal No. 636 of 2025 (Shiv Prasad and others Vs. Ishwar Chandra and others) pending before him under Section 207 of Revenue Code 2006 within stipulated time fixed by this Hon'ble court. 3. From perusal of the record in transpires that nothing has been stated in the entire petition that there is any extraordinary situation nor any arguments has been made in this regard by the learned counsel for the petitioners to direct the respondent no. 2 to decide the aforesaid case in a time bound manner except the fact that suit is filed in the year 2025. 4. In view of the above, no relief could be granted to the petitioners. However, authority concerned is expected to decide the aforesaid case strictly in
