The petitioner has preferred the present writ petition inter alia with the following prayer:- "I. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding respondent no. 2 to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 08.11.2025 (Annexure No. 10 of the writ petition) given for cancelling the permission order dated 30.04.2005 and 05.03.2008 after conducting the inquiry, within some stipulated period fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 2. After some argument, prayer has been made by learned counsel for the petitioner to dismissed the present petition as no pressed. 3. The writ petition is dismissed as not pressed. 4. It is made clear that no liberty whatsoever was granted to the petitioner to file afresh petition before this Court. 5.
