Revenue Code, 2006, which was registered as Case No.1115/25, Computerized Case No.C202507000001115. 2. Aggrieved against the aforesaid application under Section 151 CPC was filed by the respondents no.4 & 5 before the respondent no.1, copy of which is appended as annexure-9 to the writ petition.
